If you are a landlubber, this section is probably above your pay grade.  You should consider becoming a Sailor or Pirate.

From watching the video and training your scurvy dog at the kennel you should already know that when you are at the petting zoo, you feed the mermaids not the sharks.  They transfer loonies to you,  you  hand them cash.   You are getting a better price than donating at 25 cents a loony.  The loonies show they earned the cash tip.  The cash price you settle on for recycling, is what you think their loony booty is worth.

Here is a typical use in a restaurant

A Mermaid creates a loony coupon and it shows up in the treasure chest of the venue.

This coupon is not for everybody! You have to earn it!  This makes it more valuable to the patron.

• A Mermaid shows a QR code for a loony coupon.

• The patron scans the QR code and wants the special. So they have to register.

• The Mermaid shows her QR code (Called a “Tramp Stamp”)  so the patron can register.  This makes the Mermaid the Mama of the patron (the patron is now called her “citizen.”) The Mermaid will get 10% of the donation amount the citizen makes from now on. If the Mermaid is also an agent at the time when the patron registers, they can get 10% of crewshare on the day the patron is paid.  Just like any Hollywood agent. (This creates a very solid reason for Mermaids to help special populations by having her citizens plan out episode blocks, comedy bumpers and “B” roll from their “Mermaids Lair.”)

• The mermaid goes to their dashboard and looks at all their citizens.  The new citizen should be at the top.  The Mermaid clicks on that citizen and transfers loonies into the citizens account so they have enough to purchase the loony coupon.  The citizen feels special, like they just got "tipped."

• The patron can now use the loony coupon.  When they do use it, and if the Mermaid created it, loonies (Minus 15% due to the Booty rats eating your booty!) are sent back into the Mermaids account and can be recycled again to turn the next patron into a citizen.

The customer places more value on that coupon as it is not available to everyone.  The customer feels special as they have a new one on one experience.  A server in a restaurant has rewarded them and they have a personal customer a message.  (Similar to writing a thank you note on a receipt except with better options) Everyone can see the message and the amount of loonies the Mermaid sent to the citizen.

There are a lot more ways to use recycling altruistically!

A volunteer may have their hands dirty cleaning, repairing, building or improving the health and wellness of the community.  If they have set up a live stream on the "Nightstand" of this page, anyone can watch them as they volunteer.  People can use the “recycle” button to reward their "American Spirit" as a volunteer.

The nonprofit got 100% of the real money to create the loonies.  The donor transfers loonies to volunteers. The volunteers recycle them for cash or prizes. They can be recycled about 5 or 6 times before the "Booty Rats" eat all their booty.    Since loonies are being recycled for less than the 25 cent a loony price when you donate, the person recycling is saving money by giving the volunteer a cash tip through recycling!

Volunteers are nonprofit fund raisers. Recycling gives them a cash bonus without using nonprofit funds.

The best way to recycle or bribe is with a Mermaid when the bill is nowhere in sight.  If it is with a shark you should be standing right next to them.  If you are going to use a cash app on your nightstand you should test it first with the sailor or pirate you have lured into doom.

This is a public ledger and everyone will see the transaction and the message.  Make sure you sound guilty of sharing good cheer.  This will make it easier for other Sailors and Pirates to seek your treasure chest and booty.

Booty rats will eat 15% of your cargo so if you send 100 they will only get 85%.  Any bootymaster can look at the public ledger and make you walk the plank or pay the booty tax if you have settled for too high or too low of any amount they can count to.
