Pirate School prepares you for the Boat Parade, Great American State Fair or the TV series called “Special Heroes.” You register in each section with a $5 “Act of Random Kindness” (ARK). Learn, do & teach and pay anyone, any price with your loony booty to learn, do or teach with you.
