Strategy

1 loony = 1 minute = 25 cents (for pirate school). It doesn’t matter if the other players are earning OR spending at your carnival booth. Your purpose is to get them to drop out of school by having them play rigged games for giant prizes they will almost never win!
There are two activities and three leaderboards. The two activities are Pirate School and Carnival Booth. The pirate school leaderboard is for your boating, water safety and pirate trivia score. The carnival booth leaderboard is for the size of booty you score with. The Hero leaderboard is for the support of special Heroes. Special Hero support happens when you donate to the Atlanta Volunteers or featured nonprofits that borrow this site.
Good pirates will stay in pirate school to answer all 20 questions and will not be distracted by the bad pirates at the carnival booth. Include some bad pirates on your team to create carnival booths that distract good pirates so they miss roll call. A carnival booth is also called a “TAVE (Thrift And Volunteer Exchange).” It is a collection of loony coupons and is described in the instructional video. Get the bad pirates on your team to try and join other teams to create a mutiny, false flag play or be a spy. Gamble on the high score, biggest booty or create pirate schemes to get your hands on a Mermaids treasure chest and recyle her loony booty. The Master of Bootymasters captures the most citizens by playing the Tramp Stamp game.
Online and live players check into the same venue. Online players are called the Monarchy and represent England in 1776. Live players are the pirates and represent the colonists in 1776. Taxation without representation (the main issue for our 1776 war) is a battle for the biggest booty!
Pirate school and Carnival Booth is how boats will compete in any July 4, 2026 boat parade. Practice with your carnival booth anytime you are on the water so you will be ready! People online can choose any boat and see and play the games on that boat. The biggest booty wins!
