1776 Patriots!

1776 Patriots
1776 - Also called a "Water Carnival" or "Crossing The Delaware!"
A water carnival is designed for large amounts of people, numbering in the thousands.
There are 30 teams and 60 competitors on each team or 1800 competitors.  3 competitors will judge, 1 competitor will be the bootymaster this leaves 1776 to play.
A competitor can be 1 person or a group of people.  A group of people sitting at a restaurant table could be counted as 1 competitor.  The group can be at any location such as a boat, a backyard party, at work or any location at all.
A water carnival can have a theme.  For example, a July 4 water carnival could have competitors celebrating or being patriotic for their 12 seconds.  Your theme could also be any of the 16 treasure hunts.  One treasure hunt called the “Karaoke Challenge Game” works really well as a theme.  12 seconds of the best singing and dancing for each competitor.
The round and the competitor for the round are the same number. The teams go in order during each round.
So round 1 starts with competitor 1 and team 1.  Then competitor 1 from team 2. Then competitor 1 from team 3 and so on up to team 30.
Round 2 is with competitor 2 from team 1.  Then competitor 2 from team 2 goes all the way to team 30 then round 3 begins with competitor 3 from team 1.
After 60 rounds complete, the three judges give the score to the Bootymaster.  The Bootymaster decides the good fortune of Pirates or the well deserved punishment of the British.
A water carnival lasts for 6 hours.  It should have a jumbotron and a 30 screen video wall but can all be done on cell phones.
A water carnival should be used each time the North Georgia Treasure Hunt has a “Gold Rush.”  A gold rush is a location on the treasure map where multiple businesses all share the same large parking lot such as a strip mall or town square and where most have treasures in the treasure chest for that location.
There is no water carnival planned so you can get to know what to by getting a number and registering.

Location
Nobody knows how many people from your team will show up! The most votes win the location.   A public place such as the Gainesville City square, a farm, an HOA clubhouse or large restaurant can be used.  If you want to throw a July 4 party, here is your chance!
