All you have to do is make sure the person registering, chooses you when they register. 30 people can win “Coach Referrals” and over 200 can win “Member Referrals”.
This section applies to the “For Profit competition” only. The “Nonprofit Competition” has a goal of 97% of all funds being used for programs and services with zero being paid for salaries.
10% of “Team Share Net” is spent paying referral fees. This chart also shows what you could earn by being in an episode. Everything is paid at the end of the season after all profit and expenses have been calculated for the competition.
There are 6 minutes of commercials in each episode. Teams can sell four minutes. 2 minutes of time support the Hero business or are used at the Coaches discretion. 66.6% of the gross goes to the Coach to support the Hero. 33.3% of the gross pays for all the taxes, expenses. What is left is the net profit called the “Team Share”. The team can divide it up however they want but 10% goes to the person that referred the Coach. Each person on the team must then give 10% of their share to the person that referred them.
